Early or Late Check-In/Out Instructions

Checking in:
If you are arriving outside of normal office hours (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday) to Whitman College and need to check into your room in Prentiss Hall, please note we have a conference aide on duty and they can be reached at (509) 520-2872. Please call when you arrive to arrange key pickup and check-in. Parking is located in the lot located off Park Street behind the Hall of Music (24 on the campus map, between Boyer Avenue and Alder Street). Additional parking is located further north on Park Street by the Harper Joy Theater (26 on the campus map.)

Checking out:
If you need to depart outside of normal office hours, please return your key to the key dropbox located in Prentiss Hall Great Hall foyer. There will also be a check-out table set up in the Great Hall foyer from Noon to 5pm on Thursday, June 21st for those leaving Thursday after the close of the conference. For Friday departures, please use the key dropbox.
